Gnostech’s primary software development and engineering platform is Talos. Talos is a full stack development environment giving Gnostech the ability to develop in a private/trusted cloud environment or using our on-prem data center development environment. Having both as options provides our customers with the flexibility to perform software engineering based on their data security and protection requirements. Both environments provide required security, but there are sensitive programs which require an additional layer of security which calls for an on-prem option.
Gnostech MLS engineers are sought out as an industry experts in designing, developing, integrating, and testing multi-level security solutions that meet the government’s stringent security requirements. This engineering expertise and capability has been cultivated and honed for over thirty years. Gnostech’s MLS engineers have a comprehensive understanding of existing Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) approved for use by the government, implement government compliance requirements such as Raise The Bar (RTB), integrated and developed operational capabilities using existing CDS to enhance existing transfer and access capabilities, and have developed software solutions that can be used across security domains.
We have a long history of implementing secure network and data transfer solutions long before the term “cybersecurity” was coined. Our design and development engineers “bake-in” cybersecurity and information assurance engineering best practices from the start of the product/solution design process. This includes working with maintenance, sustainment, logistics, and certifying authorities and representatives to incorporate security requirements at the initial design phase. Gnostech engineers have also performed engineering remediation and redesign efforts to allow legacy systems to meet existing and future cybersecurity requirements. These legacy systems include systems that fall under U.S. Strategic Command purview.
Gnostech’s hardware and software solutions, engineering capabilities, and integration expertise focuses on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, Targeting Systems. In particular, we specifically develop and integrate capabilities focused on collection of data, storing the data, analyzing the operational data, and distributing the data to support operational decision making.
